Shipping Policy — Yonaka

Order Processing & Production Time All Yonaka products are made to order. Once your order is confirmed, your item(s) will enter our production process, which takes a minimum of 5 business days. After production is complete, your order will be dispatched and shipped to your delivery address.

Estimated Delivery Time From the date your order is placed, please allow the following timeframe for delivery:

  • Minimum: 15 days
  • Maximum: 25 days

This includes both the production period and transit time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking We work with trusted shipping carriers to deliver your order safely. Your tracking number will be sent via email once your parcel is on its way.

Shipping Destinations We ship within the European Union and internationally. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local customs procedures.

Customs, Duties & Taxes For orders delivered within the EU, all applicable taxes are included in compliance with EU regulations. For international orders outside the EU, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as postal delays, public holidays, or customs processing. Yonaka is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 30 days, please contact us at yonaka.imperium@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.
